The project THE LINE connects the current locations of the two spheres of the earlier project downunder (2003-2005) - from the village of Termen in the Valais in Switzerland to the depths of the South Pacific off the coast of New Zealand. This line of 12'732 km length crosses the center of the earth as an axis and is divided into separate drawings with a line length of 12.73 meters each. The result is the considerable number of 1'000'000 individual handmade drawings. There are 10'000 different subjects. From each of these subjects 100 variants as original drawings will be created. These drawings can be selected and ordered. |
